Where the recommendation comes from
Two numbers, neither of them ours. The market says where a player goes (PPR ADP); last season says what that slot returned. Join them and you get value over replacement — so if you disagree with where the market ranks someone, you should disagree with his number, and the panel shows you exactly which term to argue with.
What we still do not do is forecast a player's points. We have no forecasting edge on football, we have measured that twice, and both results are published on /receipts. The one probability here — whether he lasts to your next pick — is about the draft room, not the season, and it is scored against its own outcomes.
Save the roster you just drafted and the same engine points at the team you own for the rest of the season — the optimal lineup each week with the arithmetic behind every slot, waiver targets ranked by how much they'd actually improve your weakest starter rather than by raw scoring, and a trade check that calls a close deal even instead of picking a winner.
It ranks what players have produced, never what they will — we have no forecasting edge on football and publish both measurements that said so. Saving a roster takes a free account; the draft board above needs none.
