Refund Policy

SALCI sells access to a sports-analytics product. Because subscriptions unlock digital content immediately, please review this policy before purchasing.

Subscriptions & renewals

Monthly and season-pass plans are billed up front through Whop and renew automatically (monthly plans) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings or the Whop customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error or a technical problem prevented access, contact us and we'll make it right.
• New subscribers may request a refund within 3 days of the initial charge if you're not satisfied.
• We generally do not refund partial periods after a renewal, or season passes once the season is underway, except where required by law.

How to request

Submit refund requests through Whop (the processor of record) or via the contact links on the home page, including the email on your account and the approximate charge date. We aim to respond within a few business days.

No guarantees

SALCI is an analytics product for entertainment and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any betting outcome or profit, and dissatisfaction with model results or variance is not, by itself, a basis for a refund. See our Terms of Service.

We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
