These Terms govern your use of SALCI (the "Service"), a sports analytics product that publishes strikeout and hitting predictions for MLB games. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SALCI provides statistical models, projections, and a published track record for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome or profit. Sportsbook lines are shown for context. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers.
You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use sports-analytics services where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws governing sports wagering.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans (e.g., monthly and season passes) are billed through our payment processor, Whop. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account or the Whop customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or projections; reverse-engineer the models; abuse the API or infrastructure; or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit or revoke access to protect the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Models can be wrong, data feeds can be delayed or inaccurate, and variance dominates small samples. Past performance does not predict future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALCI and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions you make based on the Service (including any wagering decisions). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Sports outcomes are uncertain and you can lose money. Any decision to place a wager, how much to stake, and where to do so is yours alone, made at your sole discretion and risk. You agree that you — not SALCI — are solely responsible for your wagering and financial decisions and for any resulting losses, and that nothing in the Service creates a financial-advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and us.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SALCI and its operator from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your wagering or financial decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and SALCI each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by contacting us. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.
The Service, including the SALCI models, scores, and original content, is owned by its operator. SALCI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any MLB club. MLB data is sourced from public feeds and remains subject to its providers' terms; team names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and factual reference only.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
